Some would say we skipped Spring and jumped right into Summer… it was that warm today. But I’m going with Brian Hickey’s announcement of Spring because of his original illustration. Birds and buds are nice, but karts are the real deal.

Jeez, if I’d known the picture was going to be on the “interweb” I would have been more careful in framing.
I like the framing, Brian, but if you don’t think it’s up to your standards, no problem. My readership is so tiny, your reputation is in no danger.
Maybe move back a bit so as to not chop off the kart against the fence.
Next time you’re out karting, shoot me one just the way you want it. I love to post your kart pix. Makes a nice break from my artsy stuff. Not to say that karting isn’t an art. It is. And a demanding one at that.
