Time stands still, or very nearly, in the nearby eye clinic. I know because I suffer there for hours in the waiting room. Four hours last time, in October, only 2 3/4 hours today. Every now and then, time surges for a few minutes and, if you’re lucky, you get to see an eye doctor during the blip. Then you rejoin the masses on the street and time gradually resumes its normal pace as you move away.
But Druxy’s cannot move away. It is stuck there, under the influence I believe, of the eye clinic’s time-freezing power. The effect on the wifi signal is measurable.
