Women here are beginning to talk, they share ideas about
no gmo, no sugar, and healthy alternatives like grape seed oil, hemp hearts, raw chocolate, coconut oil, shilajit, turmeric, wild honey, spirulina, cumin, chia seeds, brazil nuts, hazelnut butter, sesame seed, quinoa.. so many yum things to eat at home and cook on the wood stove.
