Beach Hill was my entry in a neighbourhood naming vote a couple of years ago. Since then, we have acquired a Beach Hill Restaurant, a Beach Hill Pub and a Beach Hill dog-walking service. We are even recognized on Google Maps.
But you know the name has really caught on when it goes Craigslist.
[Correction] Fame was fleeting. The Craigslister left the Beach Hill location on the ad for about an hour, then impatiently changed it to Woodbine and Gerrard. 🙁
