A collection of paranormal tales, sent by Canadians to author John Robert Colombo, is now an Amazon Kindle book.

I got to do the cover, creating a globe-covering Canada with Google Earth and ghostifying everything with a a ghastly green glow and some Photoshop effects. Fun!
With the author’s permission, here’s a sample story chosen for its brevity as well as its mystery …
Now here is a mystery that has been bothering me many years. Somewhere in Scotland in Christmas Eve it happened.
There was a houseful of people, including the local priest and a young boy about nine or ten years of age. He was sent to the well to fetch some water for the morning. The boy was gone for some time and a group went looking for him.
They found the empty water pail in the snow and the boy’s tracks. The tracks had suddenly stopped there. They could hear the boy screaming, “They got me! They got me!”
But it came from the air, not from any particular direction. The next day the well was pumped dry and the whole village went looking for the boy. But he was never found. This happened in the darkness of Christmas Eve.
Please let me know what you think that happened.

John Robert Colombo has published more books about UFOs, hauntings and paranormal experiences than any other Canadian author. I have tried to corner him, to find out if he really believes in ghosts but he eludes me by saying that they interest him. An enigmatic little smile accompanies the dodge.
Science has finally caught up to Colombo’s wink.
Of course, more exists than what we see. (it’s why we ‘smudge’ with sage and sweet grass) giggle
