What is wrong with this picture?
This guess at the look of Apple’s rumoured “tablet” has been around for a long time. Tomorrow we’ll find out how close the illustrator came, but don’t those headphone wires look very 20th century?
Now that iMacs come with wireless mice and wireless keyboards, I find it hard to believe that the iPad[?] will come with tangly, dangly strings attached.

Did McGraw-Hill CEO Terry McGraw release secret information about the Apple Tablet because:
A) Steve Jobs asked him forget about the Non-Disclosure Agreement and make a planned, strategic leak?
B) he is a blockhead with a big mouth?
I don’t know, but just going by his picture…

The McGraw-Hill CEO’ s “leak” that the tablet OS will be iPhone not Mac is somewhat disappointing, if true. Laptops will not be going away.

Congratulations, Apple. The iPad is going to be a popular item. And it has Bluetooth, so the stringy earphones aren’t necessary. It has speakers and a mic, too.
The illustrator was so close, it’s hard to tell the guess from the real thing. The old fashioned earphones won’t be necessary, but they kinda made the mock up look convincing, didn’t they?
